Discrepancies

If you have received a wrong item or there is an item missing from your order then our customer service team must be notified of the discrepancies by email (support@cavani.co.uk) or Phone 01213596500 within 14 days from receipt of delivery.

If you have any issues with receiving your order or can not locate your parcel then our customer service must be notified of these issues by email (support@cavani.co.uk) or Phone 01213596500 within 14 days from the date of delivery.

U.K Returns

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging including the hanger (admin charge may apply) . Items are sent from our warehouse with a green security tag attached, any item which is returned with the green tag not attached will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please note for any refunds a one-off fee of £3.99 will be deducted from the amount for the cost of the return shipping. Please retain proof of postage until we we confirm your refund/exchange has been processed. Expect 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed.

Any orders that are placed on our website must be returned via the process above and will not be accepted if returned in store. Any orders purchased at any of our stores must be returned to the store the transaction was made. For Any further information regarding this contact us on 01213596500.

International/European Returns

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to process a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. For all orders which are sent European delivery we send these on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service, this means we (the sender) cover any and all costs associated with getting the items shipped to yourself. For any returns we request that the goods are sent back to us on this same DDP service. If for any reason the items which are returned are not sent back using the DDP service we reserve the right to deduct the value of any additional costs we incur from the value of your refund.
