  • Why do I need to book an appointment to visit your showroom?

    Our modest showroom is where our customers can come and view our products as well as benefit from a personal shopping experience with our team.

     

    We always encourage our customers to book their appointment in advance. 

     

    (This appointment also permits our customers to take advantage of purchasing items on the same day.)

     

    We have limited personnel working in our showroom, assisting our customers in their exclusive experience.

     

    Throughout busy periods especially, we believe it would be unfair to those who have booked a one to one appointment with our team to miss out and so we always advise you to call or email us to book your allocated time slot.  

     

    Unfortunately we can not guarantee that we can accommodate visits that are unscheduled and would hate to have to turn you away.

  • How can I book an appointment?

  • Where can I park?

    On street parking is available outside of our showroom, as well as a Matalan car park that is just around the corner which offers 2 hours free parking.

  • Do you offer appointments over the weekends?

    Yes. Saturday appointments are now available for personal shopping experiences.

     

    Our Saturday showroom opening times are 9:30am - 6pm and all appointments (depending on the size of the party) are booked according to 1 hour time slots.

     

    All cancellations of Saturday appointments MUST be made 48 hours prior to booking in order to receive a refunded deposit.

  • Can I visit your showroom and have a browse without booking an appointment?

  • Does my gift card come in a box?

    No. Props in the image are used for promotional purposes only. All customers will receive their voucher in a standard sleeve accompanied with information about their gift card.

  • How can I find out if you are getting an item back in stock?

    Our stock levels change frequently and we endeavour to keep our website as up to date as possible. If there is a specific item that you are in search of we recommend that you send your query through to info@cavani.co.uk where we can assist you further.

  • How do I get a discount?

    From time to time we run promotions and discount codes. Sign up and save by subscribing to our email and follow us on our social media channels to keep up to date with our latest products and offers. Discounts are usually shared on our Facebook pageand Instagram  - so follow us!

  • How do I return my order?

    If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. 

     

    We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

     We offer a free returns policy for all orders shipped within the UK.

  • How do I return my International order?

    f you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt.

    We will be happy to process a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

     Please note that we are unable to refund any International return postage and product refunds can take up to 14 days due to transit times.

  • Can I exchange part of my 3 piece suit ?

    For UK :

     

    Yes , we are able to exchange jackets/waistcoats/trousers for a different size HOWEVER THE FULL SUIT MUST BE RETURNED.

     

    We recommend that it is always best to email us at info@cavani.co.uk to check availability for any exchanges to be carried out within 14 days.

     

    For INTERNATIONAL:

     

    Unfortunately not. We carry out FULL REFUNDS ONLY for international purchases. You would need to return all of your items and re-purchase.

  • When will I receive my refund?

    Refunds can take up to 7 working days to process.

     

    If not received after this time, please check with your bank or credit card company.

  • How long will it take to process my exchange?

    EXCHANGES ARE APPLICABLE TO UK PURCHASES ONLY.

     

    Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition.

    Items such as underwear and swimwear are exempt and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty, due to health and hygiene reasons.

     

    PLEASE NOTE:
    FOR ALL EXCHANGES THAT NEED TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR 2 PIECE AND 3 PIECE SUITS - PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RETURN THE FULL SUIT IN PERFECT CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING
