Our stock levels change frequently and we endeavour to keep our website as up to date as possible. If there is a specific item that you are in search of we recommend that you send your query through to support@cavani.co.uk where we can assist you further.

From time to time we run promotions and discount codes. Sign up and save by subscribing to our email and follow us on our social media channels to keep up to date with our latest products and offers. Discounts are usually shared on our Facebook page and Instagram - so follow us!

In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty/incorrect item, please email us at support@cavani.co.uk, stating your name, order number and issue and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.

We offer a free returns policy for all orders shipped within the UK.

Deliveries outside of the UK are weight based and prices are shown at checkout.

For example, delivery to the USA starts at just £7.99.

Please allow up to 7 – 10 working days. Deliveries outside of the UK are weight based and delivery timescales are shown at checkout.

Note: Customs checks can cause delays.

Customs checks in some countries can take more time than others which is out of our control. We advise that you make your order as early as possible if you require it for a specific date.

Please note that we are unable to refund any International return postage and product refunds can take up to 14 days due to transit times.

Returns & Exchanges

As per our terms and conditions, all items must be returned within 14 days. Unfortunately we can not authorise refunds on late returns.

Yes, as long as all items that you want to return to us have all the labels still attached and are unworn they can be returned.

We will be happy to offer you a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and unused.

For UK :

Yes, we are able to exchange jackets/waistcoats/trousers for a different size.

We recommend that it is always best to email us at support@cavani.co.uk to check availability for any exchanges to be carried out within 14 days.

For INTERNATIONAL:

Unfortunately not. We carry out FULL REFUNDS ONLY for international purchases. You would need to return all of your items and re-purchase.

If you return your items via our free returns process with RoyalMail, it can take up-to 7 days to receive it back at our returns department. It can then take a further 5 to 7 days to inspect the items and process the return. Once the return has been processed you will receive an email notification for the refund of any applicable items. The payment can then take up to 7 working days to reach your account all depending on your bank. Therefore, please allow up-to 3 weeks after returning your item(s) to receive the refund.

If not received after this time ,please check with your bank or credit card company.

EXCHANGES ARE APPLICABLE TO UK PURCHASES ONLY.

Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. We will send you an email as soon as we have received your return in its original condition.

Items such as underwear and swimwear are exempt and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty, due to health and hygiene reasons.

PLEASE NOTE: FOR ALL EXCHANGES THAT NEED TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR 2 PIECE AND 3 PIECE SUITS - PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU RETURN THE FULL SUIT IN PERFECT CONDITION IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING

No. Here at House Of Cavani we only accept exchanges and refunds if the purchase has been made directly from our website or from our Birmingham based showroom.

Showroom information

Our modest showroom is where our customers can come and view our products as well as benefit from a personal shopping experience with our team.

We always encourage our customers to book their appointment in advance.

(This appointment also permits our customers to take advantage of purchasing items on the same day.)

We have limited personnel working in our showroom, assisting our customers in their exclusive experience.

Throughout busy periods especially, we believe it would be unfair to those who have booked a one to one appointment with our team to miss out and so we always advise you to call or email us to book your allocated time slot.

Unfortunately we can not guarantee that we can accommodate visits that are unscheduled and would hate to have to turn you away.

We can book up to 4 people for a 1 hour time slot. If there are big parties, we are happy to allocate 2-3 hours if required.

Yes, all our stock are available to reserve or purchase on the day, providing we have them in stock.

We accept all cards including American Express. We do offer a cash option however all cash payments need to be the correct amount.

Yes. Saturday appointments are now available for personal shopping experiences.

Our Saturday showroom opening times are 9:30am - 6pm and all appointments (depending on the size of the party) are booked according to 1 hour time slots.

All cancellations of Saturday appointments MUST be made 48 hours prior to booking in order to receive a refunded deposit.
