Returns & Exchanges


  • I am outside of the returns policy.


As per our terms and conditions items have to be returned within 14 days. Late returns will not be excepted. 


  • I don't have the original packaging.


Of course as  long they have all the labels and items are unworn.


  • Can I exchange part of my 3 piece suit ?  


For the UK : Yes , we are able to exchange jacket/waistcoat/trousers for a different size .

Always best to email us to check availability and within 14 days .


Rest of the world :Yes , however we cannot cover the cost of delivery and we advise you.

  • When will I receive my refund?


Refunds can take up to  5 working days to process.

If not received after this time best to check with your  bank or credit card company.


  • How long it will take to process the exchange?


Allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for your parcel to reach our warehouse. We'll send you an email as soon as we've received your return in its original condition


Returns exemptions underwear and swimwear products are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty, due to health and hygiene reasons .

From time to time we do have promotions and  discount codes. These  are normally shared on our Facebook page  so follow us to keep up to date with latest products and offers  .

  • Why do I need to book an appointment?


We get rather busy and it would be unfair on those that have booked a one to one appointment .


  • How can I book an appointment?


By phone/email   


  • Can I return/exchange item at your Birmingham showroom?


Of course . Please contact us to book an appointment as we do get busy.


  • How long my appointment will last?


  • We book up to 4 people for 1 hour slot. If there are big parties it can be 2-3 hours.


  • Can I reserve or purchase items I have tried on?


Of course , we have all the stock available so items can be purchased or reserved on the day.


  • Where can I park?


  • We offer on street parking only but there is Matalan just down the corner which offers 2 hours free parking.


  • Do you offer appointments over the weekends?


Sorry , the show room is closed on the weekends.


  • Can my friends/family members attend the appointment with me?


Of course .


  • Can I come in to your showroom and have a browse without booking an appointment?


Unfortunately  we would be unable to accommodate this and would suggest booking an appointment   


  • Do you accept cash payment for purchases made in the showroom?


We accept all cards including American Express. We do offer a cash option but cash needs to be the correct amount(s) as we do not facilitate a till point

  • Can I cancel or edit my order?


Yes , provided your order has not been despatched email us at   


  • I received a faulty/incorrect item what happens next?


In the unlikely event of receiving a faulty/incorrect item , email us at  , stating your name , order number and issue and we will resolve the issue asap.


  • How do I return my order?


If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging


We offer a free returns policy for all orders shipped within the UK.

  • How much does International delivery cost?


Deliveries outside of the UK are weight based and  prices  are shown at checkout .

For  example delivery to the USA starts at just £7.99


  • How long will my International delivery take?


7 – 10 working days . Deliveries outside of the UK are weight based and  delivery timescales are shown at checkout .

Note: Customs checks can cause delays.


  • What happens if my order gets stuck in customs?


Customs checks in some countries can take more time than others which is out of

our control. We advise that you make your order as early as possible if you require it for a specific date.



  • How do I return my International order?


If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us for a refund within 14 days of receipt.


We will be happy to process a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging.
