5 Printed Summer Shirts For Men

Guys, the summer is upon us, we're just waiting for that heatwave to hit and the rain to subside, taking us into June and July with confidence. Since the blazing heat (which can often hit over 30C here in England now) means it's too hot to wear tweed suits all the time, we thought it would be a good idea to share with you some of our best printed shirts to get you in the hot weather mood!

Of course you can style these printed shirts with our blazers for an ultimate evening look, but they work perfectly on their own and we love that about them! Printed shirts can be worn with some checked or plain trousers, as much as they can with chino style shorts, or smart jeans, they're extremely versatile and we have some prints you will love as they are bold, but wearable and subtle at the same time. There's no Hawaiian florals here, just the classy, dapper, elegant, cool that you're looking for. So, check out our 5 printed shirts for summer below and let us know which you love the most!

Shirt No. 654 in Blue

If you want to add a pop of yellow to your outfit, this is the way to do it! Nothing says summer more than yellow does, so we've combined the yellow spots with dark and light blue, so they complement each other. Not only will this shirt work alone with some navy trousers or dark blue jeans, it will work under a navy suit as well, so you can get the most of your look! This is one of our favourites! Can you imagine how cool this would look?

Shirt No. 656 in Burgundy

Now perhaps polka dots aren't your thing, but you are a fan of paisley, then this shirt is for you! Almost giving off an ornate china vibe, the white base for the burgundy leaf pattern is perfect for a classy look. This shirt would look wonderful when paired with some black jeans and shoes for a night out, but you can wear it with some beige chinos for the day time as well. It really is the perfect holiday shirt. It's the one Warren is wearing in the main image above and we love it.

Shirt No. 655 in Navy

If more of an intricate floral detail appeals to you, this is one of our fantastic House of Cavani options. From afar it resembles a subtle mixed grey shade, but up close, you can really see the amazing detail in the print and that's what makes it so much fun. A printed shirt like this, with minute floral, is ideal for wearing underneath blazers as it's calm enough to work with an outfit, but again, like all of these printed and patterned shirts, you can wear it alone with trousers or jeans. I visualise this one looking fantastic with some skinny black jeans, a belt, and some fancy boots like the Saint Laurent Lukas that are so popular!

Shirt No. 654 in Red

Much like the spotty polka dot yellow shirt that we featured at the top of this post, this is the red version! We have mixed red spots with the light and navy blue to really make a fantastic bold print. How great would this shirt look on a night out? Or when paired underneath a navy suit? It's a different look, one we haven't seen much of in the fashion world, so we hope you enjoy its quirkiness as much as we do here at House of Cavani!

Shirt No. 656 in Blue

And lastly, if you really enjoyed the burgundy version of this floral print that you saw above, you're going to love this one! This is the blue colour combination on a white base and it's much more subtle than the dark red, but just as stunning. Again, this would look fantastic under a blue or grey suit, but it pairs well with shorts, trousers, and jeans if you want to wear it alone, like Warren does just below.

What's your opinion of all of these shirts? You can see our 5 printed shirts for men for summer worn and modelled by Warren Phillips below, so you can get an idea how they look on and in lifestyle images. The best bit is that they only cost £34.99 and that's a bargain compared to most printed shirts on the market today! Enjoy your summer guys and have fun in some of these styles! Just click the shirt names below the photos to purchase them!
